Who we are and what we do
Konectd Advisory & Consulting provides strategic advisory, exit readiness, sell-side preparation, business planning, diligence preparation, buyer positioning, marketing coordination, and related business advisory services for owner-led companies.
Konectd Advisory & Consulting is not a licensed securities broker-dealer, investment bank, law firm, public accounting firm, or registered investment advisor. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice.

Konectd is not responsible for the acts, omissions, terms, decisions, pricing, underwriting, or data practices of third parties unless a written agreement specifically states otherwise.
No guaranteed transaction outcome
We do not guarantee buyer interest, valuation levels, financing availability, transaction structure, timing, successful completion of a sale, or any other transaction outcome.
